A daily disposable, one-size-fits-all, firefly™ device is:

After preparation of the skin, the device is applied via its self-adhesive gel to the back of the knee. Positioned correctly, it is aligned to the outer tendon, and sits just above or below the crease with its operating button located conveniently to the outer side of the leg. A wipe and skin preparation pad are included in the pack to ensure good electrical contact and an adhesive accessory is also included, if needed.

Simple to operate - there's just one button to turn the device on and to advance through 7 stimulation settings.

The firefly™ device is safe, non-invasive and can be used for extended periods of time, immediately after exercise - up to eight hours.
