We use the Firefly almost on a daily basis. We have found it extremely useful as part of our daily recovery plan. Our student athletes can feel the benefits and often request the Firefly. Not only are we using it for recovery, but we have found it to be extremely beneficial for reducing swelling in lower extremity injuries thus enhancing our treatment and rehabilitations plans leading to quicker recovery from injury.
