I couldn’t get it to work despite trying everything I could find in the instructions. Regardless of how or where I positioned it I could never get my foot to flutter without the shock on the skin being too painful to bear. I contacted support who directed me to the instructions I had already tried. It’s a lot of money to spend on a device that just burns my skin without the benefit.

It pulsed entire time. Trying to sleep is a bit annoying with these on legs. Sat in delta one so my legs were elevated and definitely think there is value in the pulses. Save the packaging to re-adhere the devices for next trip. Package has expiration date. The device is sticky without pulling too much.

My 13-year-old daughter plays competitive soccer and uses her Firefly devices after training sessions, games, and tournaments. They've become an important part of her recovery routine. I flew to italy and back so purchased two sets of straps, one for each flight. My legs felt amazing when I landed. I only wish they were rechargeable. Thanks for a great product.

I often struggle with blood pooling in my legs due to POTS. It can be very limiting. I have used these in a 3.5 hour drive (me driving) and it made a MAJOR difference in how I felt during and after the trip. I have also used them at amusement parks, and at the pool. Anytime I can’t elevate my feet, these save the day!
