FIREFLY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened Firefly products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened or used products are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Requirements

  1. Unopened & Unused
    Products must be in their original sealed packaging and in new condition.
  2. Medical Usage Disclaimer
    Firefly has not been cleared by the FDA for treatment of any medical condition, and we make no medical claims regarding our product. If you choose to use Firefly for health concerns beyond our stated and approved uses, please be advised that Firefly does not make any warranties for such non-approved usage.
  3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
    Contact support@fireflyrecovery.com to obtain an RMA number. Returns sent without an RMA cannot be processed.
  4. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Firefly is not liable for lost or damaged returns.

Refund Options

  • Refund to Original Payment Method
    The original purchase price (plus applicable sales tax) will be refunded once the return is verified to meet the criteria above. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to seven (7) days for the refund to appear.
  • Final Sale Items
    Some items may be designated as Final Sale in product descriptions or order confirmations. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
