I have used tens like devices in the past and assumed this was a similar product, but having used Firefly after my workouts have been great. I added these to my post swim cool down routine and the feeling of recovery after a long set has improved in my lower body over just having a post workout stretch.
Super easy to use and so far so good with longevity with the battery charge, and I definitely recommend using the straps to help with wear of the adhesive. Great product overall!

Firefly has helped me see a huge difference in my running performances. I use them after long runs or hard workouts and they leave my legs feeling fresh, I know my legs can handle more as I train more!

I absolutely LOVE my Firefly! The only downside to the product is that there’s no way to change it. So, you would have to keep purchasing the product once it’s reached its full usage. Still, I feel it’s worth the investment for what it does to minimize or eliminate plane and exercise fatigue. This product is for everyone, too, not just athletes.

Phenomenal product! Firefly has completely changed my recovery. The week before I received my product I traveled from Rhode Island to Pennsylvania for a cross country race (VIA van ride) the next 2-3 days post travel I felt so sore and my body felt horrible. A day later, I tried out my firefly... traveled to New Hampshire ... raced... came home... had a 10 mile long run... and my legs still feel good as new! As a college athlete this completely changed the game for me, I am able to recover while studying, traveling, hanging out with friends, and more!

I purchased the kit for my son who is a high school volleyball player. He recently fractured his ankle and was out for 3 weeks of playing time. Before FireFly, after sitting over an hour in a car or on a plane I would get up with a lot of pain. I'm sure my first few steps looked like I had serious joint problems. However, after using FireFly for these longer periods of sitting (several European flights and a flight to Africa from the US) I noticed that standing up isn't painful anymore! Some reviewers have complained about pain or feeling shocked and I suspect it’s possibly from improper placement?
After a couple of hours, I don’t even remember that my feet are twitching.
I feel rested and I have no swelling when I land.
I support this business and I look forward to the new developments regarding rechargeable or replaceable batteries.

I purchased firefly for both my partner and I as we traveled over 25 hours on a plane to the island of Mauritius from Los Angeles. This in combination with the product flykitt made for minimal Jetlag and fatigue. I highly recommend this to anyone who struggles with circulation or recovery when traveling.
