I’ve been loving my firefly devices for travel days! I like how convenient it is to throw on before a long haul plane ride or in a car ride. It helps me feel less stiff and sore and is an easy way to fit recovery into my travel day! I always have them in my backpack!

As a collegiate soccer player with a very busy season, these are a game-changer. I especially love using them on bus rides to away games and in the locker room before home games. Blood flow is extremely important for recovery and overall health, and there is nothing on the market (at least that I know of) that increases blood flow to the legs like this. They are legit!

As a college athlete, Firefly has been a crucial step in my recovery process as I travel to and from meets and invitationals! Being able to arrive at my destination on fresh legs has been a game-changer in my performance. I keep a pair in my car, track bag, and school bag just in case! Couldn't recommend enough.
