It’s has been such a game changer in my recovery ❤️‍🩹 As a Hybrid Athlete, I compete quiet often and training has been very intense, so with the Firefly’s devices I’ve managed to keep up with my training load without getting injured☺️ At the moment using them after my training sessions and while traveling to compete 🙏

Adding firefly to my recovery routine!

I’ve really enjoyed using Firefly during my ACL recovery! Getting back on the court is a long process, so I’m always looking for ways to help my body recover and feel its best. Firefly has been a great addition to my routine. I love how easy/convenient they are to use! Definitely recommend for all athletes- great recovery device!!

Long haul flight

I used them for a long haul flight and my legs felt so much lighter and fresher compared to normal when I arrived at the destination. Would use again for sure.
